Our octopus leg has been vacuum sealed while maintaining its freshness, original size and taste. At grocery stores and restaurants, preparation and / or processing time will be eliminated. It can be used as needed with minimal waste, providing convenience to our customers.
Our cuttle fish is delivered directly from the origin to the U.S. after it has been initially frozen. We provide the freshest product unlike the imports from Japan. Absolutely no MSG has been used. Sweetness and texture is both present, maintaining the true characteristic of this seafood.
